Akoya Health & Wellbeing Gift Vouchers
Akoya Health & Wellbeing gift vouchers are no longer accepted from 1 October 2026.
ABI Beauty & Wellness is a separate business and did not purchase or take ownership of Akoya Health & Wellbeing.
While we operate from the same premises and some familiar practitioners remained at the location, ABI is an independently owned and operated business.
We understand some clients may still hold gift vouchers originally purchased from Akoya Health & Wellbeing, so we’ve put together the information below to help answer any questions.
When will ABI stop accepting Akoya gift vouchers?
From 1 October 2026, ABI Beauty & Wellness will no longer accept gift vouchers issued by Akoya Health & Wellbeing.
We provided a goodwill redemption period following the transition to allow clients with eligible Akoya vouchers an opportunity to use them at ABI.
Can I still use my Akoya voucher after 1 October 2026?
No. Akoya Health & Wellbeing gift vouchers will no longer be redeemable at ABI Beauty & Wellness from this date.
What if my Akoya voucher hasn't expired?
The 1 October cut-off relates to ABI's voluntary acceptance of vouchers issued by another business, rather than the expiry date printed on the voucher.
As ABI did not issue the voucher or receive the funds from its sale, enquiries regarding an Akoya voucher after the goodwill period should be directed to the business that originally issued it.
Why was ABI accepting Akoya gift vouchers?
When ABI Beauty & Wellness opened, we chose to honour eligible Akoya gift vouchers for a period of time as an act of goodwill to existing clients.
These vouchers were not sold or issued by ABI Beauty & Wellness, and the funds from their original purchase were not received by ABI.
What about ABI Beauty & Wellness gift vouchers?
Nothing changes.
Gift vouchers purchased directly from ABI Beauty & Wellness remain valid in accordance with their usual terms and can continue to be redeemed with us.
I'm not sure whether my voucher is from Akoya or ABI. What should I do?
Your voucher will either have Akoya Health & Wellbeing or ABI Beauty & Wellness written on it.

We genuinely appreciate the support and understanding we've received during the transition from Akoya Health & Wellbeing to ABI Beauty & Wellness.
Honouring eligible Akoya vouchers during our initial period was something we chose to do to make that transition easier for existing clients. As we continue to establish ABI as its own business, 30 September 2026 marks the end of that goodwill period.
